Learners' satisfaction of blended learning approach applied at "Thu quan doanh nhan"
Abstract
Satisfaction of learners is important in measuring the success of a training
system. This paper aims to measure the level of satisfaction of learners toward blended
learning methods used at TQDN and explore important factors that may affect this level.
The study also compares this level with that of learners studying by traditional methods.
The data is collected by quantitative approach through survey methods and
analyzed by SPSS software to come up with the final results. The findings of this
research show that the influential factors are interaction, course flexibility, instructors’
response timeliness, learners’ perceived ease of use, diversity in assessment, learners’
internet self-efficacy, course quality and technology quality, and these factors make
learners satisfied with the courses at TQDN. Besides, through independent-sample t-tests,
the results also indicate that by applying blended methods, learners at TQDN have higher
level of satisfaction than those at other centers which train students by face to face
method.
Based on these findings, TQDN and other training centers should consider
some recommendations in order to plan their teaching programs to be more successful.
