Organizational culture lessons from AAA Pharmaceutical limited company
Abstract
The purpose within this thesis is to gain more knowledge and understanding about
organizational culture - a competitive advantage in the labor market for every
organization, as well as its impact on the employees’ performance.
In order to complete the study, the researcher has to answer two research questions based on combined theoretical framework of Schein and Denison. This framework helps to discover the culture of AAA Pharmaceutical, where data is collected through observation, questionnaire and interview. Then we can find out what are the weaknesses that need to be improved to create an appropriate culture for AAA.
Although there are some limitations, this research may somehow provide certain tips for those Vietnamese enterprises that want to change into a more appropriate culture to compete in the labor market.
