Determinants of customer satisfaction in retail industry : A study of coopmart
Abstract
This study is about finding factors that influence customer satisfaction over CoopMart (CoopMart Pham Van Hai as an illustration). The regression model will be drawn to define what factors that have most influence customer satisfaction and some other methods to make the case more specific. Finally, this study also provides some suggestions for manager of the CoopMart Pham Van Hai.
