An Assessment of employee loyalty an in depth understanding in the case of five - star international hotels in Ho Chi Minh city (Front office department)
Abstract
Hospitality industry is growing more and more every single day which means human resource is one of the most important things that every organization should consider. That being said, organizations have been struggling figuring how to maintain their potential employees for best efficiency. Therefore, this research is conducted in order to figuring out the factors affecting employee loyalty, specifically in FO department of five-star international hotels in HCMC. During the whole of the research, the factors affecting employee loyalty are divided to direct and indirect ones which are through employee satisfaction. The research has discovered main factors that are impactful on the commitment of employees in FO department. Finally, there are some recommendations about employee loyalty worth taking notes that are made for further studies and for the hotels’ management systems.
