The influence of resilience group creativity and corporate ethical value on salesforce turnover intention in Ho Chi Minh service industry
Abstract
Salespersons have important role in service industry, and contribute to the whole revenue of firms as well as help economic growth for country. Nevertheless, currently most businesses are experiencing the issue of high turnover intention, especially in salesforce. In addition, there are only few studies to explore this problems in service industry as well as in salesforce. Therefore, this study is conducted to identify factors could reduce salesforce turnover intention in service industry. Based on the survey of 350 sales employees even sales managers in restaurants, banks, constructions company and supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City, the results have shown that resilience, group creativity and corporate ethical value have significantly negative impact on salesforce turnover intention through mediating role of emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. By this research, human resource managers could apply these traits or factors as delivering solutions for reducing salesforce turnover intention in businesses.
