Factors that impact on revisit intention of patients in private healthcare service in Ho Chi Minh city
Abstract
This study aims to examine the impact of convenience, service quality, cost perception, word-of-mouth and hospital image, patient satisfaction and patient trust on revisit intention of patients. The sample of this study is 424 respondents in private hospitals in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The questionnaires are distributed to collect the data. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is conducted to analyze the data. As the results, this study shows that convenience had no impact on revisit intention, and service quality, cost perception affect patient satisfaction. Besides, cost perception, word-of-mouth, hospital image and patient satisfaction have positive influence on patient trust. Furthermore, service quality, hospital image, patient satisfaction and patient trust give positive impact on revisit intention of patients.
