dc.description.abstractVietnam joined in WTO brought many opportunities as well as challenges for Vietnamese companies. In other to exist and develop, the companies need to build an appropriate strategy to complete with other companies. Thus, strategic planning is very important. The aim of this study is to analyzing and building a competitive strategy for company. I have opportunity to conduct this research at Breakthrough Power Corporation, a soft skill training company. Qualitative method was used in this research with main data collection techniques such observation, in-depth interview and questionnaire to determine the external opportunities, threats and internal strengths, weaknesses of company. Thence, we could analyze SWOT matrix to bring out the strategic options. Finally, the study also gave some recommendations for improving the Breakthrough Power’s strategy.en_US
