dc.description.abstractThe Integral Equation (IE) method is used for analyzing the characteristics of the antenna based on the current distribution on the antenna. IE with the unknown of current distribution is solved by using numerical method called Method of Moments. There are many IEs used to solve the current distributed along the wire of antenna and Hallen type is chosen for this research. Mei’s IE was first published and simplified as Nakano’s IE with Hallen form for calculating the current distribution. From this, we get the radiation characteristics of antennas. The antenna used in this research is the kind of helical antenna.en_US
