The purpose of this thesis is to experiment with business processes designing at TalkMore Program and from that offer a systematic approach that could be used for other newly-established small and medium service businesses. Accordingly, there are 3 main duties have to be accomplished: to identify all the processes required to run TalkMore, to capture and present them in a meaningful way, and to generalize this method so that it could be applied for other similar cases. The findings show that in order to successfully design business processes for a new business, we need to view it in a broad business context, combining top-down, outside-in and inside-out deep understandings of the organization as a whole rather than treating it as an independent task. Besides, being able to visualize and model the processes is also very crucial.en_US
