Business Analysis and Valuation is a procedure to calculate the intrinsic value of company's stock in order to decide whether one should invest or not. This thesis serves as a case study about how to apply that procedure for specific example, which is Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC). It focuses on analyzing the situation of global and domestic tires industry as well as financial condition of the company using secondary data from 2010 to 2014. Then, it gives out assumption about future performance of the company in the next 5 years through qualitative and quantitative approaches. Finally, two valuation methods are applied to compute the real value of DRC. Results at the end shows that DRC is a promising company in the tires market that could be a good choice for long term investment.en_US
