dc.description.abstract | Weekend sale fairs is now becoming a shopping trend in Viet Nam, especially
in Ho Chi Minh City. It becomes very popular and receives good respond from young
shopaholic. There are over ten weekend sale fairs in Ho Chi Minh City. More and more
fairs are held. However, only few of them can actually attract customers. Besides
overcrowded weekend sale fairs like Hello Weekend Market and Sale4Share, there are
some fairs face with deserted circumstance as Okey- Garage Sale, Pandora Bazaar, Saigon
Station... And some fairs go bankruptcy as Gala Sale, The Sho-fe… The question here is
why customers choose one fairs to go instead of others. In this study, customer’s shopping
habits and factors affect consumer preference are conducted. There are 7 factors to be
conducted: Quality, Variety, Price and Promotion, Ambience, Location, Personnel, and
Branding. All factors found out in this study will be discussed and used as references for
some recommendations to the weekend sale fairs managers and vendors. | en_US |
