Factors affecting customers' choice toward internet service providers in Ho Chi Minh city
Abstract
Internet is the greatest representative of the development of Technology. Therefore, conducting research about the situation of this service is very meaningful, especially for the providers in this sector. The main aim of this research is to find out the factors that have the influence on the choices of customers toward Internet Service Providers in Ho Chi Minh City. Meanwhile, the relationship between these factors is also measured. Data of this research is collected randomly with the sample of 250 people who are living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The answers from 238 respondents show that the Register Process, Additional Services, Price, Service Quality, Customer Service, and Promotion.
