Business analysis and valuation is used to analyze the performance of a firm with the industry and economic situation to measure the intrinsic value of stock price of that firm and determine how well an enterprise perform. In my thesis, I decided to choose Hoa Sen Group (HSG) to analyze financial statement from 2009 to 2014 and financial ratios to determine how well HSG perform in operating activities, investing activities, and financial activities. Discount cash flow (DFC) is used to determine intrinsic value of HSG whether its overprice or not to lead those who want to investigate in HSG‟s security.en_US
