In this thesis we propose iterative de-mapping and decoding to further impeothe performance of OFDM systems. Matlab software-based simulation results are also provided to show the superiority of the proposed technique to the convetional ones over different frequency-selective fading channels. Keywords : Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, freency selective fading channels, iterative demapping and decoding,soft-input soft-output decoder, soft de-mapper, AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise)en_US
