The factors affecting the employee's job satisfaction - The case of Zamil Steel Vietnam Company Limited
Abstract
There is no doubt that job satisfaction play an essential role in all strategic decisions in the organizations. All the organizations normally try their best to pay attention to human factors and have an appropriate solution at the right time. Nevertheless, it doesn’t seem easy as our thinking.
Thus, the major objective of this thesis aims to identify the factors that impact the employee’s job satisfaction at Zamil Steel Vietnam. Furthermore, the researcher will propose several recommendation to improve the level of employee’s job satisfaction there.
Quantitative approach will be the main method of this research with several analysis testing including descriptive statistics, reliability statistics, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The researcher built a questionnaire based on the previous research and current situation at Zamil Steel Vietnam. There are 172 valid response which was collected back. SPSS program version 22 is applied to test all the listed analysis.
After completing, the result of the analysis indicates that there are only four factors which positively affects the employee’s job satisfaction including Supervisor, Relationship with Co-workers, Recognition and Salary.
According to analysis results, Zamil Steel should improve some aspects and modify some strategies to improve the employee’s job satisfaction.
