dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to examine the relationship of employee’s job satisfaction with turnover intention. It also identifies the impacts of the five factors includes salary, promotion, supervisor, colleagues, and natural of work on employee turnover intention. The survey was studied with the sample size of 300 employees who are working in Lix Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh. The data analysis was used with quantitative approach through multiple regression. The results of this study concluded that salary, promotion, supervisor, colleagues, and natural of work were positively related to job satisfaction. Among the five factors, supervisor is a significant positively related to job satisfaction. In addition, the findings also indicated that turnover intention is negatively associated with job satisfaction. This research points out that with the higher job satisfaction, the turnover intention of employees will be lower in Lix Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh.en_US
