This research empirically examined the causal relationships of Personal Trait, External Environment, Prior Entrepreneurial Experience, Social Norm and Perceived Feasibility on Entrepreneurship Intention through Positive and Negative Perception towards Entrepreneurship. Conducted by collecting data from 401 students from 18 to 24 years old in Vietnam National University, it uses Quantitative approach as the major method, with statistical techniques applied, including factor analysis, multiple regression, and path analyses. As a result, Prior Entrepreneurial Experience, External Environment and Perceived Feasibility are three independent variables that have significant impact on the Positive Perception towards Entrepreneurship and consequently have positively indirect effect on Entrepreneurship Intention. Prior Entrepreneurial Experience is also the only factor has positive influence on this research dependent variable. On the other hand, Perceived Feasibility and Personal Trait are two that have the influence on the Negative Perception towards Entrepreneurship and later negatively indirect affect Entrepreneurship Intention.en_US
