Evaluating the employees' satisfaction from the human resourse policies of GTEK JSC

Abstract

The research with the topic “EVELUATING THE EMPLOYEES’ SATISFACTION FROM THE HUMAN RESOURRCE POLICIES OF GTEK COMPANY” with the expectation that through human resource policies of typical small scale company operating in the current scene of our country and being owned by a foreign entrepreneur, we can realize some useful information which can be applied to Vietnamese companies. This research not only plays the role of my thesis but also is a chance for me to research, get interesting information about my favorite field.
