How fraud behaviour is motivated? Experiment approaching
Abstract
From the hilarious financial scandals worth million dollars like Enron to the company’s inventory stealing worth several pennies, all are dishonest and illegal activities going against social morality and justice. If we know how fraudulent activity is encouraged, we will know how to prevent, diminish or devastate the loss. However, the problem is that how the prevention methods can be effectively applied when we are unable to be sure whether those motivation factors are accurate with any citizens. This sturdy will contribute to the effectiveness in applying the fraud prevention methods in Vietnam. The data will be collected by experiment focus on the labor population in Hochiminh City. By investigate the whether there are existences the relationships among various factors and the fraud motivation in Vietnam community, we can make the full use of the previous founding so that making favorable changes in management system to reduce the organizational fraud.
