| dc.description.abstract | Overall, the main purpose of this research proves the relationship between economic growth and international trade (import and export) among Member States in European Union. Based on the model of Gwaindepi Caleb, Musara Mazanai and Dhoro Netsai L, the model of the research has four important variables: Net Trade, FDI (Free Trade Investment), Government Expenditure and Investment. On the other hand, the four core factors and GDP are necessary relationship which truly increase and affect to economic growth of European Union in the world market. In other words, the research report help people that has general view in analyzing the situations of international trade between EU and other countries such as importing and exporting goods and services, reducing economic barrier for EU in approaching to new market.
Moreover, the quantitative method was applied into 297 observations which analyses the data of 27 EU‟s Member States (except Slovakia) by using secondary data. Thanks for doing the research, it can construct an econometric model that measures the impact of international trade between EU‟s countries on economic growth by using the Regression equation. Therefore, the report was done the regression analysis based on R-squared.
Last but not least, the worth recommendations were given for EU in improving and reforming trade of EU-28, and as a result, it is able to rise the economic growth and operates more effectively. Hence, if EU wants to increase economic growth rate and develop the international trade between Member States, they should accept to change some fields such as currency, import and Sovereign debt crisis. | en_US |
