dc.description.abstractFor this thesis, quantitative methods with the main research tools is questionnaire or survey is used to find out which factors will have affect to the employee loyalty through the employee satisfaction. Especially, the field that researcher want to go to detail is Hospitality and it is a hotel in Nha Trang, InterContinental Nha Trang. There are five factors will be mentioned in this research: Compensation, Fringe Benefit, Training, Empowerment and Promotion. These factors will be analyzed in details to show that how much they can affect to the employee loyalty through the mediator employee satisfaction. The conceptual framework is established and based on the research Model in Aaisha Arbab Khan, Babak Mahmood, Mehvish Ayoub and Shabbir Hussain’ Study and Research Model in Arif Noor, Samina Jamil’ Study. Through two previous models, researcher has buit up the new conceptual framework that applied for the case of InterContinental Nha Trang. The reason why the research was conducted and many aspects related to employee loyalty and employee satisfaction will be included. Moreover, the literature review can give the reader the definitions from other research and other models that mentioned above. In order to make sure readers have an understanding and have a clear view about Employee Loyalty, other related study about Employee Loyalty and Employee Satisfaction are also examined. In total, 210 surveys are collected, but only 175 are valid to continue to analyze. Version 21 of SPSS was used to analyze data so as to find out the relationship between five elements with Employee Satisfaction and through Employee Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty can be measured. In finding part, the significance between factors will be seen clearly. However, the significant levels will variety. An interesting result will be revealed from the hypothesis testing. From this result, implication will be discussed in details that can contribute to the development of quality of Human Resource management in InterContinental Nha Trang.en_US
