Abstract
Internship is an important stage for student to prepare for the real workplace.
Moreover, the employer also benefits from conducting internship program for students, such
as remaining a source of candidates for permanent employment, or fulfilling its social
responsibility, etc. However, internship effectiveness still receives little attention from
researchers.
I have been doing my internship at Bosch Vietnam for 06 months as an HRBP Intern.
During my internship, my main responsibility is to be in charge for the internship program
along with my supervisor. This is my study on improving the internship effectiveness of the
internship program of Bosch Vietnam as I want to contribute to the company with my study.
This paper exploits the factor affecting internship effectiveness. By deeply exploiting
these factors, an insight of the effects of factors affecting internship would be discussed. The
methodology, for primary data, comes from data collection of in-depth interview with interns,
supervisors, and the Internship Program Operator of Bosch Vietnam. Secondary data comes
from the internal documents and information relevant with the topic.
