High-rise buildings are becoming more popular in Viet Nam, especially for Ho Chi Minh City, with numerous projects planned in the next few years. Fortunately, experience in tall building design is developed in Viet Nam, which can be advantageous considering the complexity of this type of projects. For high-rise buildings, there are many aspects take into consideration during design and construction time, such as economy, sustainability, wind performance and water supply. Since the design is difficult to adjust at late project stages to adapt to aspects that have been checked, initial design choices are very essential with the purpose of satisfactory building performance. This thesis presents the procedure of design, test, and load test results of the Sky Symphony Apartment in Nha Be District in accordance with EURO CODE. This thesis also provides the measures of water supply in the building following TCVN. The building is designed and calculated to be adequate with respect to all requirements of each aspect. In addition to explain the design steps of the design calculation, the comprehensive commentary goes beyond the specifics of the calculation to offer guidance on different situations that may be encountered in other building.en_US
