The determinants tourists' packaged - tour purchase decision - A study in Ho Chi Minh city
Abstract
Tourism has made a great contribution to Vietnam's economy over the years. Currently, travel by tour is the trend.
The main objective of this study is to investigate the determinants of the package tour purchase decision. This study examines the correlation between the factors of the package tour, the attitudes and purchase decisions of travelers. The questionnaire collected 300 suitable responses. These findings show a significant correlation between the factors of the package tour such as Attractions and Entertainment, Prices with the Attitude of tourists, as well as the impact of Booking, Prices on Purchase Decisions.
Suggestions are made to improve service quality, create tailored package tours, and increase the level of purchase decision of travelers.
