dc.description.abstractHyaluronic acid (HA), one of the most potential biological materials, is increasingly widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetics nowadays. Hyaluronic acid is produced commercially from chicken crest and fermentation Streptococci groups A and C. To detect and enhance the performance of HA, there had much the study about it but it was disadvantage such as high cost, low quantitative. Detect of optimal conditions for culture of lactic acid bacteria has been investigated in this study to low cost and high yield. Hyaluronic acid extracted from Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactococcus lactis. It was determined via the chemical reactions with glucuronic acid, N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and chromatography method. In this study, the optimal culture conditions in temperature of lactic acid bacteria were also detected and checked. After that, these samples were analyzed for biomass and optical density (OD). It was revealed that at the optimal conditions, the supplement were temperature at 37oC. Otherwise, to reduce cost and raise quantitative of HA production, the studied was used rice washed water instead MRS broth in cultivation bacteria.
