dc.description.abstractMedical record is one of the most sensitive and vital record of any patients. This record provides as well as describes exactly about disease, status of health, using medicines and private information of patient. Traditional data storage of all hospital on the world are mostly costly and time-consuming, and can leads to loss and waste of data. Besides that, these medical records are fully under control of hospital, not patients – the real owner of record. Accordingly, the main objective of this report is to come up with an ideal model that can bring a potential solution for solving those above issues by utilizing characteristics of new technology – blockchain. The blockchain technology is integrated many functions including hashing, cryptography, digital signature, peer-to-peer networks and proof of work protocol… The proposed model contains two main processes: medical record generation and medical record interaction. This model showed that using blockchain technology to manage medical record would overcome the challenges about privacy and authority of records come from the traditional method.en_US
