dc.description.abstractUnemployment is an unfamiliar issue towards many students who are going to graduate. Several choices are available on the career path to afford a job in order to avoid being unemployed. One of the most recently controversial vocation tendencies is known as start-up choice. An aim of this study was to experiment the influence of several factors, including internal and external elements, on the start-up intentions of Vietnam university students implemented by TPB which stands for Theory of Planned Behavior. This paper operated a quantitative method to analyze the collected data among 297 respondents from different universities. Analysis system - Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling has been applied with the aim for illustrating the research model and its factors. Suggestions from the result were that (1) Attitude makes the strongest influence on Intentions for start-up, followed by Subjective Norms. (2) Self-Efficacy or Perceived Behavioral Control is beneficial from the factor Family Support for increasing value in latter researches. From the consequence, this research fostered some implications towards the government, academic institutions, start-up programme developers.
