As a member of society, it is self-evident that the company must be responsible for sustainable development; hence, the green management topic has risen in popularity. Many past studies have explored the influence of green practices on customer behavior since it is a persistent issue. Although employees are human resources at work, few studies have established a comprehensive study model for their behaviors. As a result, this study provides a complete model that incorporates the key aspects influencing employees' behaviors, such as green attitudes, green knowledge, green skills, satisfaction, positive mood, and loyalty. The current study has initially aimed to investigate the issue in the context of Vietnam from the employee perspective. First, the researchers attempted to include frameworks from previous studies and theories. Second, the suggested framework is evaluated for the Vietnamese employee. A questionnaire survey helps to obtain the data and the partial least squares (PLS) approach is used for the bulk of the data analysis. Then it needs to figure out what the important factors are and how they affect employee behavior. According to the results, all four factors, which reflect green attitudes, green skills, job satisfaction, and positive mood, have a substantial impact on employee loyalty. This study makes a significant addition to the field of employee research and gives vital advice to managers on how to strike a balance between environmental safeguards and positive workplace behaviors.en_US
