dc.description.abstractThe result indicated that the student who has been exposed to academic performance prior to entering university and scored well in, respectively descending influence, Chemistry, Mathematics, Literature, English, Biology, Physics subjects in high school certificate examination were among significant indicators that contributes to good Grade Point Average (GPA). After analyzing 668 valid questionnaires, an overview of how IU students have studied was described as well as significant factors influence on their studying quality, which consist of English proficiency, interest, learning method, friend and joining in extracurricular activities. Despite of limitations, it is hopeful that this finding can contribute a report to the faculty to plan a teaching and learning program for new registered student and students not yet graduated.en_US
