dc.description.abstractFor this thesis project, I choose structural design for tall building and I will give you a general background about what I am going to present in my thesis. I should start by drawing a schematic design of the framework using the architecture model as a guide, and then adjust the proportions to follow the instructor's suggestions. The second is load computing, which uses the Eurocode to calculate seismic, wind, and dead loads for use in ETABS analysis and design. Using ETABS and SAFE, I design the column, shear wall, slab, and beam in the third place. Finally, utilizing SAFE to support my work, I designed two different types of foundations: Drilled Shaft and Driven Pile. Drawings are used to express structural designs from those files in detail together with the design report. They are designed using Auto CAD software and include architect drawings, slab reinforcement plans, and frame and foundation designs.en_US
