Vehicle Routing Problem with Spontaneous Pickup and Delivery (VRPSPD) is now a significant issue in the real world, particularly in the e-commerce industry for last-mile delivery of goods to customers. As online shopping grows in popularity and increases considerably, more items are increasingly being canceled or redelivered by consumers. In order for the business to maintain its level of customer service while also cutting costs on transportation and improving successful delivery rates, the purpose of this paper is to suggest a new method for calculating preventive return orders. This problem was solved using VRPSPD. The idea and model of VRPSPD served as the basis for this thesis, which was modified to include an extra element—the anticipated delay in product and cost of goods—for a more acceptable model. This model, which CPLEX is running, makes use of the mathematical approach. This mathematical analysis determined the product with the lowest shipping cost and the shortest expected delay. In this study, the BEST EXPESS hub in Binh Thanh was used to test the suggested model.en_US
