This graduation thesis report describes the process of structural design, construction methods, and construction management of a specific tall building. The structural design focuses on the main components of the building, namely, slab, beams, and walls that begin with the architecture and finish with the detailed designs. On the other hand, the construction parts focus on the construction methods for these structures, estimation of materials and investment value, planning schedules, and preparing contracts and relevant documents. The structural design in this thesis is based on the analysis result of the software and followed the standard of Eurocode to determine actions on structures, earthquake resistance, and design codes of concrete structures. For construction parts, the Vietnamese standard was applied to determine actions on formwork and codes for construction, check, and acceptance regarding reinforced concrete structures. Moreover, several Vietnamese circular and decisions, that announce construction norms and economic indexes, has also been used to estimate the material and labor quantity, and investment value, and helps planning schedule. The design process results in the reinforcing details for the flat slab, edge beam, and shear walls of typical floors along with the formwork, bracing and shoring system for constructing these structures. Lastly, an investment value of about 230 billion VND will be needed if it takes nearly one and a half years for the building to finish. The construction method and management might be changed in the future since this report has not included several factors regarding procrastination, finishing works, and legalization.en_US
