Cold chain logistics is a type of supply chain management that deals with temperature and shelf life of products. The effectiveness of cold chain logistics in perishable food is important when transporting with requirements which are travel time, control temperature, and cost. In this study, a cold chain vehicle routing problem is proposed and then CPLEX is used to solve all the constraints. This thesis attempts to resolve the company ‘s vehicle routing problem applying metaheuristics algorithms and mathematical model to find the desired route to obtain the goal of minimal the loss cost and considering the change of driving speed in different time periods. The research framework is proposed with two methods to achieve the solution. First, the mix integer programming is applied, and then the exact solution is obtained by using the CPLEX. Next stage is solved by PYTHON with larger scale of customer. The results are calculated from MINISTOP data, and optimal routes are suggested to help the company optimize vehicle routing problem and minimize the total transportation costen_US
