The B2B E-commerce nowadays holds a vital role in different fields, and agricultural one is not an exception. With the use of e-commerce in this sector, farmers and retailers can connected more easily and efficiently. However, in developing countries like Vietnam, the use of it is not fully utilized. In line with this, this study aims to achieve these objectives. Firstly, a model for a sustainable food supply chain network would be proposed for a Vietnamese Case in order to minimize the operation cost of a whole supply chain. Secondly, the last-mile delivery in the supply chain network would also be compared to see whether it is the most appropriate for the case. Kamereo is selected as a case study in Vietnam to test the efficacy of the developed model. The results of this experiment shows that the model can support Kamereo in planning and designing a better Supply chain network.en_US
