dc.description.abstractIn past years, under more and more pressure of Agricultural market and strong development of many competitors, Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company has met many difficulties, challenges. In which, salient even is “Brain-drain”: almost managers and employees left. Attracting and keeping talents also meets many difficulties. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is identifying problems and analyzing reason of the problems. Especially is recruitment and training procedure. The researcher organized a survey for 100 staffs. The scope of survey is SPC office at HCMC. In addition, the researcher interviewed 4 supervisors include Director, Vice-Director of SPC, Head of Investment Plan and HR Department. Besides, the researcher also observed, discussed, interviewed many staffs of SPC and used many believable documents from verified resources. Through knowledge of HR, using qualitative methods, the researcher analyzed reasons and limitations declined quality of HR of SPC, especially in recruitment and training system. Based on real situation and potential of SPC, the researcher suggests some solutions for SPC. Finally, the researcher believes that, this thesis does not only define danger, analyze reason but it also positively contributes to development process of SPC in future with high feasible solutions for general HR and specific in recruitment & training.en_US
