dc.description.abstract | Vietnam is a developing country with a relatively high percentage of low-income people.
In spite of the huge demand and a critical need for finance to break out the poverty cycle, access to it is limited for the poor. In this context, microfinance is a financing scheme for
the them. In recent time, a remarkable development of microfinance institution is notified especially, the role of NGO microfinance institution is recorded. However, whether those institutions are working efficiently is in need of further investigation.
