dc.description.abstractVietnam is a developing country with a relatively high percentage of low-income people. In spite of the huge demand and a critical need for finance to break out the poverty cycle, access to it is limited for the poor. In this context, microfinance is a financing scheme for the them. In recent time, a remarkable development of microfinance institution is notified especially, the role of NGO microfinance institution is recorded. However, whether those institutions are working efficiently is in need of further investigation. The purpose of this research is to assess the efficiency score of NGO Microfinance institutions and determined the inefficient factors which affect those scores.en_US
