Financial analysis of sacomreal in comparison with other companies in real estate industry

Abstract

This study provides a general performance of real estate industry through the financial analysis of some companies which are listed on HOSE such as SCR, VIC, and QCG... It may provide the reliable information in choosing stock among many companies in the stock market. This study also gives some ways or directions to select appropriate stocks in real estate industry based on results of financial analysis. Furthermore, through this study we could understand more past performance of SCR, VIC and QCG in order to support investors in the future. If this method of the study becomes useful in making comparison of companies in an industry, I hope it can be applied into anot her one and be improved by future researchers.
