dc.description.abstractVietnam is in the period of dramatic development, which supports the growth and creation of many companies, especially the small and medium companies. The truly fact is that many thousands of small and medium companies run out of business or interrupt. There are a lot of reasons explain for this such as economic crisis, no stabilize customers, bank interest rate increase, hashing market, poor performance of employees. In this thesis, I focus on the effective employees‟ performance and research factors motivate employees in small and medium companies. Based on the type of Vinh An Limited Company – a small and medium company, researching and find out the factors have the most effect on employee‟s performance. Applying result of the previous research of James R. Lindner - Research and Extension Associate from The Ohio State University, include interesting work, Good wages ,Full appreciation of work done ,Good working conditions ,Promotions and growth in the organization ,Feeling of being in on things ,Personal loyalty to employees ,Tactful discipline ,Sympathetic help with personal problems, Job security for my survey. Using the quantitative method, by sending questionnaire to survey the ideas of employee in Vinh An Ltd., Co. From the collected information, using SPSS 16.0 to analyze the data, I recognize that the salary and promotion and growth were taken the most attention. Besides that, I also interview the director of Vinh An Ltd., Co to collect his ideas. After all, I draw out the result and make the recommendations for Vinh An Co., to change their salary system and provide the more effectiveness promotion in the next yearsen_US
