dc.description.abstractResults and discussion: Under optimized reaction conditions and assured specificity, sensitivity and accuracy, the LOD of the real time RT-PCR amplifying the nsp2 gene sequence of H-PRRSV strains was 22 copies per reaction, corresponding to a probability of detection of 95%. Conclusions: The determined 95% LOD of the applied method was comparatively high and should be revised for a more exact result.en_US
