| dc.description.abstract | This study investigates the effects of technological innovation, environmental
context, technological complexity, and co-creation on the firm-level performance of
organizations. By analyzing the mediating effects of organizational support, technological
complexity, and environmental context, our research aims to provide a comprehensive
understanding of performance's implications. The study employs a quantitative approach and a
survey-based framework within a Vietnamese context. The present study investigates a diverse
sample of 323 participants from multiple industries. The research results underscore the
noteworthy impact of technological advancement on the overall efficiency of firms, thereby
offering prospects for expansion. The present study highlights the significance of co-creation
and technology complexity as key determinants of innovation and performance. This research
provides valuable insights for corporate executives, financial planners, and policymakers,
offering recommendations for promoting innovation within organizations. Moreover, the
present study makes a valuable contribution to the extant literature on the Technology
Organization-Environment (TOE) framework by highlighting the significance of conducting
