The Impact Of Employees' Health And Well Being On Productivity On Workplace: Case Study At Companies In Vietnam
Abstract
Most jobs require employees to be on their toes, and interactions between employers,
co-workers, and students can cause tension and health problems, as employees may be
verbally abused because of workplace problems. They have no control over service whatsoever. This can result in many stressors and health problems, which can result in
low morale, poor health, and conflict, among others. This study examined employee
tension, health problems, and performance using statistical analysis in SPSS and SEM
structural modelling in SMARTPLS. Using a survey study design, this research was
conducted. In this study, purposeful sampling, convenience sampling, and census
methodologies were used. For data analysis, both descriptive and inferential statistics
are utilized. The causes of stress influence employee performance, P <0.01. The
findings indicate that tension at work affects employee performance. P < 0.01. P<0.01
indicates that the cause of health conditions has an impact on employee performance.
P <0.01 indicates that work-related health conditions affect employee performance.
Employee performance is impacted by work-related stress and health problems,
