Designing a closed-loop supply chain network: A case study at Coca-Cola beverages Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Abstract

Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Co. Ltd is one of the largest Beverages Companies in our country. This Company produces variety kind of beverages with high quality in flavor, taste, and especially about safe and sanitation. Therefore, a lot of consumers are in favor of the products of Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Co. Ltd because of their prestige and quality. There are a lot of products of Coca-Cola Company are consumed in the market, this lead to the problem that Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Co. Ltd needs to expand its distribution centers and collection centers in order to develop a business in a long term. In this thesis, the knowledge of supply chain, capacitated facility location supply chain, closed loop supply chain are used to design the closed loop supply chain network with the objective of minimizing the total cost of the supply chain.
