dc.description.abstractThe Aggregate Production Plan (APP) is a schedule of the organization’s overall operations over a planning periods to satisfy demand while minimizing costs. Building an APP model require many information such as: the demand of the company, the capacity of the production line, the standard time for production… In return the APP model will give us the detail production plan, the exactly inventory level due to each time period, the workforce level… AMG is a very big company in the produce the cleaning liquid aspect in Vietnam. But the problem of planning for the production line always exist. In this thesis, the application of using linear programming and Lingo software is used to eliminate the conflict in the production line of AMG company.
