dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to find the factors that impact employee engagement, as the organization performance decreasing due to high turnover and related issues such as low loyalty and productivity. This exploratory research was conducted among employee working in DKSH Company to test the relationship between career advancement opportunities, compensation and benefits, relationship with supervisor and co-workers, employee empowerment and employee development. The data was gathered though structure of questionnaires. The researcher used statistical, more precisely Multiple Regression to test the relationship between variables. The result also indicates that there is significant relationship between career advancement opportunities, compensation and benefits, relationship with supervisor and co-workers, employee empowerment. Among the factors, career advancement opportunities form the most significant factor. This study was based on Services Company in particular; hence the attribute to industry or similarly company cannot be discovered.
