dc.description.abstractThis thesis will be introduced about Storage Battery Joint Stock Company with business name PINACO and mentioned about flow shop scheduling and battery products in PINACO Company. In a research study for a battery manufacturing company, optimization of schedule for production planning was treated as a linear programming problem. Determining optimal plans for each of the ten producing battery products can minimize the total monthly budget at cost. In conclusion, the research finding has present in order to illustrate some recommendations for PINACO Company about daily schedule, the machine utilization and minimum inventory for each of all stage in the whole system. Although this study has some advantages, this research is also faced some limitations that need to be solved in the further study in order to investigate other factors that scheduling in production planning problem.
