dc.description.abstractThe thesis’ purpose is to reduce the injures/illness of the workers in an assembly line in incomplete-automatic working environment. This thesis is applying for Siemens Automation System and its workers. The ergonomics problem of Siemens Viet Nam is have not found out the solution for workers to avoid injures/illness or musculoskeletal disorders. The author apply the knowledge in ergonomics and work design to analyze and solve the problem, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method will be applied to analyze the motion of workers and Method – Time Measurements (MTM1) will be used to calculate the time after improving workers’ motions.
