We present an overview of the Mobile IPv6 simulation model implemented by using OMNeT++ [1] simulation framework participated with INETFrameWork. We attempted to implement basically a model of the Mobile IPv6 protocol. The simulation model consists of three main parts: i) the behavior of the mobile station when it is in Home Link, ii) which events happened when mobile station is far away Home Link and attach to Foreign Link, and iii) the procedure for mobile station comes back the Home Link. An example network consisting of a mobile station moving through two different IPv6 subnets is used to demonstrate the model’s capabilities.en_US
