dc.description.abstractOptimizing the manufacturing cost and allocation order in purchasing are a challenging and time consuming decision making process. In this paper, we consider the supplier selection and order allocation problem in various demand, choosing the potential suppliers and solving the uncertainty of demand in the long run. Then, the fuzzy set in piecewise linear membership function is implement to deal with the satisfaction of decision makers such as manufacturing cost, late delivered goods, and defective materials. The problem also includes the price discount and multi-product provided by suppliers; as a result, we can compare and make a decision on selecting the best suppliers. Finally, the expanding of the problem in term of stochastic demand illustrates the solution for order quantity in the demand variation by using the scenario index.
