Currently, the supply chain is growing rapidly throughout the country, the demand for transportation and minimizing costs are being focused on reducing by individuals and companies. Because of the rapid development, this makes unnecessary problems increases the value of the product and takes a lot of effort. There has not been a proper process or strategy for transport, purchase, or distribution. Like the coconut supply chain in Ben Tre province. No matter what the price in the area is not high, when transporting to the user, the price can be 3 or 4 times when buying other province like Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City. Because through many traders, the logistics chain is not really optimized, where the distribution is not suitable for customer needs. In this essay. We will analyze the supply chain of coconuts, then use the data such as the coconut of the previous years to predict the number of demand coconuts in 2019 with Holt-Winter exponential smoothing additive method and use Simple Exponential Smoothing to predict the price coconut in 2019 for 52 weeks. Based on the forecast model and data, the new coconut supply chain will be proposed to minimize total cost. Includes product prices, transportation costs, warehouse building and management costs.en_US
