dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is to improve inventory management in shoes production process by applying manegement information system. A case study of adidas Sourcing Limited was adopted. The aim of this paper is to improve the efficiency that related to the working time, data accuracy, maintenance management of inventory and the productivity of the warehouse. By applying Plotly and Dash, an open source Python library for creating reactive Web-based applications, a dashboard that display the updated data and calculate the efficiency within the warehouse operation, history recorded as well as managing maintenance activity is the goal of this paper to support further decision making process within the management of warehouse activities. A timestamp data is recorded after every time a transaction occured via QR Code Scanning by worker at the factory in every location noted, this data will mainly be used for the analysis of this paper.en_US
